Our Chicken Hawks have a great time at the Hen House!

The event is judged by the people who are invited to judge by all of the event competitors...they are called Chicken Hawks! Every Booth that enters the competion is allowed 10 selected Chicken Hawks. So if I compete with my sauce, I get ten of my friends to go taste all of the enteries at a designated time. They will meet at the 'Hen House' at their giventime, which is located next to the Main Event Booth (thats the Tent with the big sign) "The Great International Chicken Wing Society".
So, then these ten Chicken Hawks taste, eat and vote on each entered sauce using a blind taste test. The votes are counted...the next ten Chicken Hawks enter... the results are added up each day... and the winners are declared on the last day of the event!
Be ready to pick up the Trophy!
